Fee once paid, for any program, is neither refundable nor transferable under any circumstances.
Under no circumstances can a student change his/her program once his/her enrolment is confirmed.
By enrolling with TLSPL, a student agrees that
a) He/she purchased the Authorized Program from TLSPL a KAPLAN Certified Education Provider
b) The Enrolment Agreement does not create any obligations from
